TenM Supplied Material and Labor to Ithaca Apartment Complex

The Aurora at Cayuga Park is a newly constructed, premier mixed-use development located in Ithaca, New York.

Now home to 141 luxury apartments and premium commercial space, TenM brought this multi-scope project to life with our turnkey, multi-trade approach. We supplied materials and labor for the large scale wood framing and exterior courtyard paver system. Led by Zach Schiffer, our team completed the interior trim and doors after the structural framing envelope was in place. With dedicated crews working across multiple trades, we maintained momentum and delivered the project efficiently from start to finish.

The Scope of Work

TenM was involved in both exterior and interior jobs on The Aurora at Cayuga Park, including wood framing, finish carpentry, and paver and sun shade installation.

The coordination of both the field team and the internal office allowed for this project to be completed ahead of schedule.

There were 2 buildings on site, totalling over 132,000 square feet of framing. Led by Jeremy Spicer, the framing teams of around 15 crew members per building worked 12-hour days to see the project to an efficient completion. As the materials for framing and pavers ran low, seamless coordination with TenM's internal operations staff ensured timely deliveries, eliminating potential delays and keeping the project on schedule.

“Communication is everything from our office down to our field team, especially when handling multi-trade scopes,” states Zach Schiffer.

The rough carpentry phase transitioned smoothly into finish carpentry, keeping the project moving without interruption. Our framing crews established the structural envelope before handing off to skilled finish carpenters, who installed sliding closet and entry doors, base trim, and hardware throughout the interior. The project concluded with paver installation and exterior sunshade installation, delivering a polished finish inside and out.

Multi-Trade Construction in Action

By bringing multiple trades under one roof, we deliver mixed-use projects like The Aurora at Cayuga Park with greater speed, precision, and coordination. Seamless handoffs between trades keep projects moving efficiently, reducing delays, eliminating scope gaps, and giving general contractors a single, accountable partner from start to finish.

TenM's finish carpentry team installed all doors (closets, sliding, and entry), hardware, and interior trim.

The Aurora at Cayuga Parkshowcases TenM's commitment to quality craftsmanship and efficient project delivery. Large-scale developments demand a proven process, and supplying materials and our multi-trade approach ensures every phase is executed with the accountability, communication, and expertise clients expect. It's how we continue to build projects, and relationships, that stand the test of time.
